19 years work experience with national and international organizations to facilitate project management cycle while working with multi sectoral team and vulnerable communities in their fight against poverty suffering to ensure sustainable development through their strong participation from grassroots to the policy level in development and humanitarian sectors with proven ability to work in extreme challenging and demanding situations respecting local socio-cultural values and sensitivities.
Responsible for the day to operations of the organization in order to make sure that strategic objectives are being achieved with improved efficiency. To provide support and leadership to Senior Management team to perform in an enabling environment to learn and grow with a focus on following:
o Design, develop and implement the Organizational Development Plan and facilitate SMT ( to monitor progress during staff meetings, support and ensure staff has capacity and resources to achieve their objectives as per their plans).
o Work with Managers to develop Annual/bi annual/Quarterly Action Plans and monitor progress.
o Facilitate financial and Progarm review for improved efficiency to be adopted and implemented
o Improve the internal controls to ensure compliance to the laid down policies and procedures
o Facilitate review of Financial Management, HR and Administration/Procurement manuals
o Facilitate development of staff, institutional and consultants contracts (outsourcing)
o Work with Senior Management team to coordinate and maintain management information system for partners and donors.
o Support the finance team to ensure financial policies are implemented and being followed across the organization.
o Support staff to show case their success stories through social media highlight/promote organizational work.
o Monthly/Periodical reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
Development of Training modules, material and manuals for i) masons and IP engineers; ii) entrepreneur; iii) CRPs; iv) SOs; v) Teachers and school children; vi) government officials; vii) Local government representatives and District Coordination Committees; viii) Lady health workers under stunting reduction program; ix) village WASH committees; x) PATS ToT for Master trainers. Coordination and networking with UNICEF provincial offices and Implementing Partners for development of training plans, facilitation of training events at field level as per standard guidelines and monitoring and mentoring of the program activities.
To facilitate and oversee the implementation of project interventions.
